  7. If you have installed this new version of ZixMail on a PC that
  8. had a previous version of ZixMail installed - then you may
  9. begin using the new version now.

  18. If this is the first installation of ZixMail on this PC - then
  19. you will want to move your existing ZixIt Signatures to this PC
  20. by using the "export" and "import" functions in the ZixIt 
  21. Signature Manager. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CREATE NEW ZIXIT SIGNATURES
  22. FOR EMAIL ADDRESSES THAT CURRENTLY HAVE AN EXISTING ZIXIT 
  23. SIGNATURE ON ANOTHER PC.

  29. Outlook Users:
  30. --------------
  31. You can use ZixMail to send and receive secure messages
  32. from within Outlook. 
  33.  
  34. To Send ZixMail in Outlook: 
  35.     - Create a new message as always - but - instead of clicking
  36.       "Send", simply click the big red "Z" button on the toolbar.
  37.  
  38.     - You will be prompted to enter your Signature Phrase and then
  39.       ZixMail message will be sent.
  40.  
  41. To read ZixMail in Outlook: 
  42.     - Select the message to be opened and click the "z" button.
  43.  
  44.     - You will be prompted to enter your Signature Phrase and then
  45.       ZixMail message will be displayed.
  46.  
  47. IMPORTANT: The ZixMail menu in the main Outlook window provides
  48. important options that you may want to select.  For example, you may
  49. want Outlook to remember your Signature Phrase until you exit the
  50. program.  Also, access to the ZixMail Signature Manager is provided.
